Assessment & Referral

Confidential evaluations, determination of care level, and coordinated referrals to detox, MAT, outpatient, IOP, or residential treatment.

Placement & Case Management

Direct placement, insurance verification, transportation assistance, and follow-up scheduling with ongoing case management.

Education & Prevention

Science of addiction, relapse prevention, harm reduction, school presentations, and community forums to reduce stigma.

Peer Recovery Support

Certified peers provide mentorship, accountability, and milestone celebration grounded in lived experience.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Buprenorphine / Suboxone

Reduces cravings and withdrawal to stabilize recovery initiation.

Methadone

Long-acting medication for severe opioid dependence with clinical monitoring.

Naltrexone / Vivitrol

Blocks opioid receptors to reduce relapse risk after detox.

We partner with licensed MAT providers and coordinate counseling alongside medications for best outcomes.

Integrated Mental Health Services

Many residents face co-occurring conditions. We coordinate with Mental Health clinicians so depression, anxiety, and trauma are treated alongside substance use.

Harm Reduction

Naloxone (Narcan)

Free kits and training to prevent fatal overdose.

Risk awareness and safer-use education.
