Initial Conversation

A staff member will listen to your concerns, explain available services, and help you choose the right program. If you need emergency placement, staff can connect you immediately to crisis resources.

Intake Appointment

During intake, we collect basic information to understand your needs. You do not need insurance or a referral to participate in most programs.

Personalized Plan

Together we create a plan that may include counseling, education, job training, or referrals to external services.

What to Bring

  • A photo ID if available.
  • Any relevant documents such as school transcripts or medical information (not required for crisis services).
  • A list of medications if you are seeking mental health or addiction services.

If you lack documentation, do not worry—R.E.A.C.H. will not turn anyone away for missing paperwork.

Your privacy is protected. All conversations and records are confidential in compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and Pennsylvania mental health privacy regulations. Information is shared only with your written consent or when required to prevent immediate harm.
